We hired Skyler and his team at Justus Bath for our shower remodel after looking and researching local contractors. The reviews sold me, and I’m glad we decided to go with them. The photos I’ve added are some before and afters, the pictures with the tub being before. The jacuzzi tub we had was impossible to keep from molding and our shower was a framed glass wall that constantly needed fixing. We talked with Skyler in person about what we didn’t like about it, and what we wanted. He discussed what was reasonable to expect, talked about things we could do that I didn’t think of, and we agreed on price and a start date. His team had an opening about 3 months ahead of schedule and they arrived on time everyday. They laid down plastic in their walk path to keep things as tidy as possible( but demo can be messy, so thinking it will be dust free is setting yourself up for disappointment, so give them grace). In one week, they demolished the old shower/tub, had the plumbers come in and build the new pipes, the electrician came and capped the tub, and it was built by Saturday(without the glass). Now this didn’t come without a few hiccups, but it is important to mention these, because the way they were handled is what matters. Mistakes are going to happen sometimes, and I addressed some issues I saw with the trim, and the sloping of the window. It was fixed the next day, and some tiles that needed replacing were optioned to replace or he would pay a stone professional to buff the scratches. He also offered to just refund some money, so the options were there and never once did he or his team try to argue or make me feel bad about bringing these issues up. That, to me, is ideal professionalism and worth the money we spent. This was a big project, to make our his/her showers with custom shower heads, niche shelving, and frameless glass with double doors( which is a separate company and cost, but you get a discount since they work together so often) was about 23K. 20K was to Justus bath and the other 3 went to Glass Pros( who also did a great job). Yes, it’s a lot of money, we knew that going in, but it’s the shower we always wanted and they did a superior job. 5/5 would hire them again.
